Permanent Full Time Position

**Salary Range**: $114,928 - $123,710 (Plus Super)

About the role

This is an opportunity to showcase your vast HR experience and work with an amazing group of clients that have kept healthcare going through an incredibly challenging time for clinical professionals. This is a true partnering role, your success will depend on your ability to work well with the client groups. It’s not going to be an easy job, you will need to utilise your resilience to be successful but the positive impact you will have with our clients groups, that impacts the whole Canberra Community, makes it worthwhile and motivates.

We are looking for an enthusiastic operator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient HR support and customer service in a busy health care setting.

What you bring

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
