**The Company**

Our client provides services, warehousing and products for multiple rural customers across QLD, they are currently looking for a Inventory Coordinator based at their Acacia Ridge, Brisbane location to join their team for a full time permanent role.

**The Role**

The purpose of this role is to ensure the following:

- Warehouse inventory replenishment in accordance with the stocking policy.
- Organise inbound and outbound freight and logistics, with a focus on optimisation and compliance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to targets.
- Investigate any picking errors, discrepancies or customer credit requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and storage optimisation.

**The Person**
- We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in a purchasing, procurement or a replenishment role.
- Understanding of warehouse pick and pack processes including coordination of freight and logistics functions.
- Knowledge of lean methodology and practices would be an advantage.
- Computer skills: proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly excel and experience with ERP systems.
