**Responsibilities**
- Manage inventory settings, implement freight reduction initiatives, and provide sourcing recommendations to ensure product readiness
- Effectively communicate and address supply and capacity constraints to meet sales forecast
- Ensure the right product, in the right quantity, reaches the right place, at the right time, and at the right price
- Implement measures to meet sales forecast and optimize customer satisfaction
- Delight customers by consistently delivering products that align with their expectations

**Skills & Experience**
- Experienced in supply chain planning and/or business analysis in trade or retail
- Possesses an understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and customer service
- Demonstrates excellent ability to build strong relationships
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
