Based in the local government area of Casey - Melbourne, their Supported Independent Living program is designed to provide tailored assistance to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their unique goals and aspirations. **Remuneration & Conditions**
- Remuneration guide $160,000 - $166,500 pending experience and qualifications.
- Full time or Part time (4 days pw) considered.
- Office based role with travel across 35+ accommodation homes.

**Head of Housing Supported Independent Living**
**Leadership and Vision**:Lead our Supported Independent Living program with a clear vision and dedication to our mission of empowerment, inclusion, and independence.
**Program Development**:Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our program, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs and aspirations of our clients.
**Partnership and Networking**: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with service providers, government agencies, and community resources to expand the range of support available to our clients.
**Quality Assurance**: Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services that comply with NDIS standards and regulations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**Team Management**: Provide effective leadership and supervision to our dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
**Financial Management**: Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability and growth of our Supported Independent Living program.
**About the Requirements**:
- Experience in a high-level Management role within the disability sector, with a strong understanding of NDIS requirements and regulations.
- Proven track record of program development, partnership building, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Commitment to the principles of empowerment, inclusion, and independence for individuals with disabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in disability services, social work, or a related field.
