**The Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to customers
- Record and handle incoming payments from customers using various methods like cash, check, credit cards, or electronic transfers
- Compare received payments with the invoiced amounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any differences
- Keep track of outstanding customer balances
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies raised by customers, collaborating with relevant internal departments to address and rectify issues

**The Requirements**:

- 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivables role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with MS Excel and ERP systems - Xero, Quickbooks and MYOB is beneficial
- Experience in a hands-on role with high levels of attention to detail

**To Note**:

- They operate a flexible work from home model of 1-2 days in the office per week

**SALARY**:

- AU$65000 - AU$70000 per annum + + Super**LOCATION**:
