Technical Support Analyst

**Your next opportunity**:
**Your day will involve**:

- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents
- Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes
- Create, maintain, and publish relevant support documentation in order to assist all staff in the quick resolution of incidents and or service requests
- Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system Cherwell
- Install and configure new IT equipment, redeployment of existing equipment and associated asset management
- Handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during lulls, and be able to multitask effectively

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or related field
- Sound knowledge or experience working on desktops, Microsoft 365, Exchange and EUC Support is highly desirable
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Network Diagnosis, Hardware, Intune, SCCM, Printers, Asset Management, Active Directory and Azure AD and peripherals
- Demonstrated experience in operating within an IT support team environment and in meeting deadlines
