Our growing family of services at EverAbility Group include:

- **VisAbility** - our specialised service supporting people with blindness or vision impairment to live the life they want with confidence.
- **Guide Dogs WA and Guide Dogs Tasmania** - our iconic service raising and training life changing assistance dogs to help people living with vision impairment and disability to enjoy independent lives they want to lead.
- **Kites Children’s Therapy** - our early intervention support, advice and solutions service transforming the lives of children and their families living with disability or developmental challenges.
- **Perron Place** - our innovative and collaborative community centre that combines events, conferences and community activities for Western Australians of all ages and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Complete referrals for funding where required (e.g. NDIS and MAC)
- Support clients to access VisAbility services who are funded through NDIS, MAC or Department of Veteran affairs services
- Promptly answer external and internal communications related to clients and general enquiries by displaying accurate, responsive, respectful and effective communication
- Assist in coordination of referrals and waitlists
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders in relation to service delivery for Clients
- Complete assessments as required to support clients’ access to services
- Represent VisAbility at events, and engagement opportunities.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service role within disability, aged care, or a related field.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to deliver against project timeframes
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrate initiative, follow processes, take direction, and work without close supervision
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Confident in Microsoft Office and learning new software packages
- Evidence of National Police Clearance
- Evidence of NDIS Worker Screening Check

**Desirable**:

- Certificate III in Disability Services
- Previous experience in medical reception or similar environment
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, medical and allied health organisations and relevant stakeholders
