Working in Group Asset Management Services, as the Operations Performance Analyst, you will be responsible to monitor ongoing performance delivery of contracted requirements, including KPI management, asset access protocols, account management and customer feedback and optimisation of product delivery. You will lead the development of enhanced reporting tools whilst supporting the development, implementation and delivery of a Group supply reporting suite.
This newly created role will ensure strong and effective contract governance and operational performance reporting, to support the delivery of critical operational services in the Group under new operating models. These new operating models include long term asset planning supporting Flight training across all Group entities and all training assets (e.g. Flight Simulators, Flight Training Devices, Classrooms etc).
You’ll have
- Commercially astute with a well-developed understanding of strategic, financial, technological and business issues- Tertiary qualifications in a business, management or relevant field highly regarded.- Extensive knowledge and experience in contractor/ supplier management with a regulatory focus essential- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate large numerical data sets and market intelligence, extracting pertinent facts, drawing logical conclusions and generating measurable outcomes to present to senior management.- Ability to analyse data as well as develop and interpret metrics to identify trends and develop strategies and processes.- Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to educate, lead and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.- Comfortable using a wide range of computer systems, especially MS Excel, MS Access and Power BI.- Strong Continuous Improvement experience across a complex and heavily regulated business.- Prior experience with delivering Business Support Analysis and research for Commercial Managers and senior leaders.- Previous experience and background in Aviation, Transport and logistics operations desirable- Broad appreciation of wider strategic issues and drivers which shape the airline operations infrastructure, operations, commercial, product and service.
