**The role**
Our career options are as diverse as our people, we all have an important role to play. This twelve-month, fixed term role will operate across the business, supporting the implementation of SEW’s Data Analytics platform (Acumen). The position will support the Change Manager in developing and executing change management plans, stakeholder identification and management, training needs analysis, change impact assessments, training and engagement.
**Who are you?**
- Knowledge of data analysis and associated implementation projects
- Digital learning, development and education leading to increased digital literacy and proficiency across the organisation
- Delivering change that enhances the digital identity of an organisation
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies and practices
- An ability to quickly establish trust and rapport at all levels of an organisation
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to plan and execute change activities
- Experience and delivery in an environment undergoing significant digital transformation
- Ability to deliver within a complex and highly collaborative environment
- Ability to perform a range of tasks with strong prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills demonstrating an ability to influence outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
