**About Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3**:
Gold Coast Light Rail has transformed public transport on the Gold Coast, helping create an integrated network that connects more people to more places in one of Australia's most dynamic and fastest growing cities.

John Holland is GoldlinQ's nominated design and construction contractor for GCLR3, to extend the existing light rail network by 6.7kms from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads, including eight new light rail stations, two new light rail-bus connections, and intersection upgrades along the alignment.

Jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments, and the City of Gold Coast, this city-shaping project will link communities to business centres, shopping, dining, education and medical facilities and cater to the Gold Coast's expected population growth in the coming decades.

As construction of GCLR3 gets under way, John Holland is actively recruiting for talented and driven Site Administrators to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this iconic Gold Coast project.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Assist a team of engineers with their administration
- Receipting dockets into site diary
- Minor ordering assistance (concrete, quarry products etc)
- Assist in the development of workpack documentation (formatting, filing, coordinating and maintaining)
- Work closely with engineers to follow up material testing results
- Receipt courier deliveries
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Manage pool vehicle bookings
- Coordinate IT hardware
- Other administration duties such as timesheets and annual leave.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Excellent administration and coordination skills
- Sound Microsoft Office Suite ability
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator is desired but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills
