We are seeking an individual who is either a Trainee or a Qualified Pest Control Technician, with a strong passion for the job and a positive attitude. This full-time position offers permanent employment and is based at our Central Tasmania depot, with service coverage extending across the entire state.

Duties
- Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
- Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
- Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
- Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships

At Rentokil Initial, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:

- Current and valid Australian driver's license
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
- Interest in Pest Control or related industry experience
- The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
- The ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
- Manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
- Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet

As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks.
