About the Opportunity
Promote and encourage a team approach.
Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous and respectful manner in dealing with clients and customers
Provide a high-quality security service at client locations.
Provide excellent customer service.
Provide security escorts as required.
Report and record security breaches and incidents.
Respond promptly to incidents.
Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognise the need to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention as appropriate. Qualification
QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control component (Essential)
First Aid with CPR (Essential)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (Desirable)
