What you’ll be doing

Permanent opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a healthcare business based in North Melbourne.

The Employee Relations Advisor is a crucial part of the HR team, and will support employees and external parties by delivering the best practice outcomes across the business.

To be successful in the role, the Employee Relations Advisor will have a thorough understanding of the Australian Industrial Relations system, Enterprise Agreements and Modern Award interpretation.
- A qualification relevant to HR, Industrial Relations or Law is preferred
- Demonstrates a keen interest and willingness to learning about employee relations and the enterprise bargaining process.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret multiple Enterprise Agreements and provide best practise advice to stakeholders
- Experience and confidence producing a range of quality reports and accurate statistics, from multiple platforms
- Confidence and an ability to successfully interact and provide advice and support to all levels of management and external stakeholders.
- Experience in being able to manage and deliver multiple competing priorities.
