We require a Business Development Manager, to promote training and educational products with our unique model

We are looking for a passionate, confident and driven marketers to join our team.

Our business is a fast-growing and our clientele are the consumer market and Businesses

With this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and assist with the conversion to a sale.

We are centrally located in Granville We will offer career development to proven employees.

The Role itself

Due to growth, we are seeking a BDM to actively grow the client base and help grow our sales. Training and recruitment is already one of the leading Industries and can grow substantially with proper focus. You will be meeting with clients

There is an element of account management with major clients and that can be done together with our Customer Service team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Based in our Granville office and on the ROAD the role is varied and includes the following;
- Work with the Customer Service team to manage existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Assist with closing deals
- Maintain relationships with Our Employers and clients
- Work with our Partners

**Your Background**

To be considered for this role, you must fulfill the following criteria;
- Strong sales and go get attitude (no experience necessary)
- Preferably previous experience within the recruitment and training sector
- Be extremely well organised and willing to take on new tasks
- Good skills (intermediate or higher) with Microsoft word, excel and power point
- Good attitude; tough, honest, disciplined and willing to work hard

Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $48,495.22 - $100,000.00 per year
