**Customer Value Promotions Manager
- 12 month Fixed Term Contract
- Hybrid working arrangements on offer Role is based in the Norwest Support office with free onsite car parking

**The Opportunity**

The purpose of this role is to frame, support and optimise the execution of promotional activity (traditional High-Low, Member Pricing and EDR offers) for the Woolworths Supermarkets Division. There will be a requirement for a strong focus on synthesising inputs from a variety and of sources, socialising and continuous improvement. This will align with our mission of delivering value and price trust to our customers and maintaining’ competitiveness in the market.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Defining and communicating promotional excellence through use of tools and coaching in order to support Woolworths’ wider strategic agenda
- Becoming a trusted advisor to the Commercial team, by injecting analytical rigour and innovative thinking into the issues the business faces, and proactively finding and landing opportunities to add value
- Scoping, developing and maintaining various solutions for the business, including models, reports and dashboards
- Deliver Value to our customers and sustainably deploying supplier and Woolworths funds to support our Value proposition in market
- Contributing to the knowledge environment within the Pricing & Customer Value team and the broader Buying team, including training team members and business partners in new concepts and solutions
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Develop effective frameworks and tools to support decision making on promotional related matters

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and sitil complex data sets and concepts
- Ability to build relationships, influence and empower stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Ability to prioritise, deliver to tight deadlines and thrive in a challenging environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
