Systems Analyst

_**Responsibility**_

Assessing the current processes and methodologies employed in the ICT systems within the real estate sector, this evaluation aims to propose enhancements, supplementary system components, or integration of emerging technologies like SaaS and VR Technology to better fulfill user requirements. The goal is to not only identify areas for improvement but also to make informed recommendations that optimise efficiencies within the existing framework.
- **Main Duties**:_
- Collaborating with company’s users to formulate and document business requirements, focusing on online customer acquisition and sales strategies.
- Analysing and optimising business processes such as property listings management, online promotion, sales lead generation, and closing deals. Those processes include property agent shop content entry, posting and synchronisation to third-party platforms, online promotion, obtaining sales leads, acquiring properties, and enhancing sales capabilities until a deal is closed.
- Balancing usability, development costs, and efficiency by identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimal business practices. This involves integrating the unique features of the real estate industry with emerging trends in VR/AI, assessing system functionality and behaviour. Ultimately, this process culminates in finalizing the technical roadmap and development path for the product. Utilising project management methodologies to create plans, manage resources, and ensure timely project completion.
- Overseeing the deployment of functional solutions, including system testing and user training, tailored to the needs of real estate agents. Ensure that the project development is completed according to the scheduled plan.
- Developing comprehensive user documentation and conducting training sessions, both online and offline, with a focus on creating video courses for online learning. It's important to consider the habits of the company’s users, especially real estate agents.
- Creating functional specifications for system developers, encompassing product requirements, data structures, and prototypes.
- Employing data and process modelling techniques to articulate clear system specifications for software design and development, including the creation of comprehensive functional specifications. This encompasses product requirement documents, data structure diagrams, and product prototype diagrams for use.

Alongside formal qualifications, possessing specialized knowledge of the real estate industry is paramount, coupled with hands-on experience in Software as SaaS and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies pertinent to the sector

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
