In your role as Manager Strategic and Commercial Planning, you will lead a team working across Global Sales and Distribution to support the build and implementation of strategies. The portfolio includes strategy development, strategy implementation, business.

The role partners closely with stakeholders across Global Sales and Distribution and other areas of the Qantas Group to enable the strategy build. The Manager leads the team across strategy implementation and business improvement to enable the delivery of key strategic initiatives which drive cost savings, improved process and incremental revenue growth.

You’ll have
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in large, complex matrix organisation
- Experience in leading the delivery of large scale and complex commercial negotiations across multiple business units
- Experience in driving results in a fast-paced and continually changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries
- Post graduate qualifications in business highly advantageous ie. MBA
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or a related discipline
