This is a full time temporary role from end of August 2023 until May 2024 - based at Knox Civic Centre

This is a Band 6 classified role, remuneration will be $92,933.03 - $101,496.84 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

**What you will need to thrive**:
The key selection criteria for this role are:

- Demonstrated understanding of the social support and community transport needs of older people, people with a disability and people who are socially isolated and their carers.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the operations of a Social Support service (ideally Community Transport) and working within quality and safety management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure vulnerable people are well supported
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, to network and develop strong ongoing relationships and to communicate with influence.
- Demonstrated experience in staff and volunteer supervision, support and monitoring
- Highly developed computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and experience with client database programs (Carelink + experience highly desirable)
