**The Role**

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a Fixed-term 12 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead O'Brien's end-to-end digital strategy from the external execution across paid and organic search, our google ratings and how customer perceive us, through to the design, execution, and performance of our web infrastructure across our three divisions. The role has a pivotal role in our consumer proposition, how our customers understand us but also our insurance and B2B propositions as we transition customer journeys to digital options. Key duties and responsibilities include:

- SEO optimisation, including using on and off page strategies to ‘Play Googles Game' well to be rewarded with high organic traffic
- Managing PPC (paid search and paid display)
- Promoting our national service footprint through the digital lens via Google Business Profiles to ensure representation as local, relevant, expert, versus the high volume of local competition
- Management and delivery of our website strategy for our core online platforms
- Supporting advertising campaigns in terms and ensuring alignment of web messaging, to create familiarity and connection with traditional media execution
- Managing of a range of external partners to ensure our strategy is effectively executed. We have a small internal team but extended external team, the roles requires relationship management, alignment, collaboration and innovation are key to ensuring we are their partner of choice and get the best service and insight as a result

- A minimum of 5 years’ hands of digital marketing experience in a customer service focussed environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing online, social media and e-commerce marketing strategies
- Proven experience in WordPress or an equivalent content management system
- Advanced knowledge of the Google suite (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile)
- Outstanding Project management skills and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
