Small Business is a dynamic and highly engaged division in NAB providing full service suppor o our valuable small business cus omers o suppor heir business grow h and personal journey across face o face, video, phone and digi al channels. Our cus omers depend upon he resilience and courage of our experienced bankers o guide hem hrough curren challenges and par nership for long
- erm survival.

Wi h a s rong focus on 'making i easy' for cus omers, your eam will provide holis ic suppor o cus omers a all s ages of heir business cycle, including residen ial and commercial lending, cashflow solu ions and o her s ra egic, ransac ional and servicing needs. his is achieved hough main aining he cus omer as core focus and providing excep ional service and accoun abili y.

he role and Day o day will include:

- Having personal and meaningful phone-based conversa ions wi h our small business cus omers and referral par ners o provide an in egra ed cus omer experience
- Working oge her as a eam performing credi analysis and approving reques s for emporary excesses/increased limi s up o your Delega ed Commi men Au hori y (DCA)
- Managing lending and produc reques s for small business cus omers wi h long erm AAA pipeline for he cus omer por folio
- Owning re en ion rela ed ac ivi ies o bring NAB closer o cus omers o deepen he "my Bank' foo prin ; including cus omer complain s and escala ions hrough o resolu ion
- Assessing economic value and risk po en ial of new business o NAB
- Providing exper ise and insigh s abou business op ions whils empered wi h a balance for risk for grow h and innova ion

Wha you will bring:
Experience in an in/ou bound sales con ac cen re and/or a radi ional dis ribu ed business model ha specialises in solu ions and rela ionship managemen for cus omers from $0-$3M in home lending and $0-$1.5M in small business lending will be essen ial. Your delega ed lending au hori y ha you have will be gold, and enable you o hi he ground running on day one in our dynamic and fas paced environmen. Addi ionally, a er iary qualifica ion will be highly regarded in a business-rela ed discipline.
