Apprentice Baker

Bakers Delight is seeking Apprentice Baker to join Bakers Delight Wellington Village in Rowville.

An opportunity exist for an apprentice who are yet to commence their training, as well as for those who are currently undertaking a baking apprenticeship.

**In your baking apprenticeship, you will work toward**:

- Baking and presenting quality products which meet our changing customer needs
- Supporting the Qualified Baker, Production Manager and Bakery manager in all areas of the production space
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness to Work Health Safety standards
- Actively participating in your Apprenticeship with all required training completed within appropriate time-frames
- Assisting retail Sales Assistants as required

**To be successful you will possess the following skills/attributes**:

- Passion for baking
- Willingness to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
- Keen learning ability
- Ability to complete training modules to a satisfactory standard
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and adaptable environment
- Desire to become a trade qualified baker
