**Our Client**
IR/ER Advisor role within a well-established and supported team based in the Northern suburbs of the CBD. This is a rare opening for a HR Advisor looking to hone in on their IR/ER expertise, within a friendly and supportive team of industry experts.

**Description**
Reporting to the HR Lead, your duties will include, but not limited to;
- Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationships
- Working closely with the wider HR and Legal teams on disciplinary matters and workplace investigations
- Provide IR & ER guidance to the local and regional stakeholder group
- Support the Advisory function with policy and procedure development
- Drive a collaborative and harmonious working environment
- Draft and finalise formal documentation to support legislation and policy matters
- Ensuring the organisation is current and compliant with IR reforms
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, legislations and regulations

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Confident communicator at all levels of seniority
- Prior IR / ER experience, ideally supporting a large workforce
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards and regulations
