**About the Organization**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to coordinate the delivery of essential services to isolated and vulnerable families in need of family/parenting and multi-faceted interventions. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-quality program that creates genuine and positive outcomes for our valued clients.

**Your Role**:
As the Team Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programs that meet the diverse needs of families. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will plan and implement responsive strategies in line with sector and service developments, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include providing ongoing support, supervision, performance management, and learning and development opportunities for team members across the program.

**Skills You'll Utilize Daily**:

- In-depth understanding of Child Protection, OOHC placement and support services, and the family service system, including legislative and policy frameworks.
- Application of flexible, responsive, and evidence-informed interventions to address the needs of children and improve family functioning.
- Knowledge and experience in utilizing relevant theoretical approaches such as trauma-informed care, child attachment, development, and abuse theories.
- Proven leadership abilities, including supporting staff through supervision, coaching, and personal development.
- Successful program and service delivery within designated timeframes and budget parameters.
