The Multicultural Engagement Specialist is responsible for utilising experience, marketing expertise and perspective to advise, inform and support LOTE team members and clients on community engagement initiatives. This includes public outreach campaigns and programs, including digital marketing techniques, culturally inclusive communication strategies and cultural insights to deliver projects in line with client and LOTE goals and objectives.
- Utilise experience, expertise and perspective to advise, inform and support the LOTE team on design and implementation of culturally tailored communication campaigns.
- Support research and analysis of culturally and linguistically diverse markets, and provide essential insights that further inform the campaign approaches.
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and approaches to multicultural communities for clients and provide guidance on communication strategy development.
- Assist with marketing assets production and quality assurance.
- Plan, support and advise on client projects and related community engagement initiatives, by developing tailored approaches, selecting effective distribution channels, and designing public outreach campaigns and programs.
- Provision of alternative suggestions, ideas and purposeful next steps around cultural approaches and insights with a focus on delivering successful outcomes for the client and community.
- If issues arise, work to devise tangible solutions in alignment with project outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
