**About the Role**
As a Principal Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education in the Individual Support and Allied Health workgroup at TAFE SA. You will lead, coach, and support educators, ensuring they deliver high-quality, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences.
- Holds Bachelor of Education (Adult, Vocational and Workplace Learning) awarded by the University of South Australia, or educational qualifications deemed equivalent by the Classification Committee and qualifications in their field of expertise
- Experience as a qualified professional within in one of the following areas;
- Disability Services
- Aged care - residential and/or home care services
- Allied Health

Other requirements:

- Experience as an educator in a VET context.
- Demonstrated significant contribution to continuous improvement activities.
- Experience at implementing changes in training package requirements at a statewide level.
