**Customer Service Representative**

Reporting to the Team Manager this position will be responsible to ensure that all inbound customer queries are resolved. Supporting customers with after-sales care in relation to consumer electronics and appliances

**Key Responsibilities**
- Available to start from the 19th February 2024
- Possibility of a hybrid role after successfully meeting core KPI’s e.g: attendance, QA, AHT and adherence
- Support customers over the phone to: answer general questions pertaining to their plans, file new or follow-up on service requests
- Ensure that all customer queries need to be answered as per defined processes and procedures
- Be responsible to ensure that all customer queries and problems get resolved within the KPIs
- Be a reliable and trustworthy team member
- Attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry on customers files
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service and show great empathy

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Working Holiday are encouraged to apply
- High School or University Graduate preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable navigating around several programs
- Experience using Salesforce preferred

**Salary**: $27.83 per hour
