**About you**

We are looking someone that has a passion for customer service and finding new and better ways of helping people and providing solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and customer negotiation skills
- Experience contributing to the enhancement of customer engagement via digital channels
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel,
- Able to prioritise & multi-task with attention to detail
- Administrative, office-based skills
- Motivated by solving a customer’s problem and enjoys interacting via digital channels
