**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address customer complaints, issues, and incidents, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate group arrivals and ensure VIP guests are given special attention and all preparations are in place.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests.
- Lead by example and uphold service excellence in all interactions and areas of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with hotel guidelines and standards.
- Facilitate training programs and on-the-job training for employees.
- Undertake financial duties, following hotel procedures for accurate stock and transaction records.
- Strive to achieve budget, revenue, and performance targets.
- Exercise cost control, monitor payroll, and manage expenditure.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the hotel's product offerings, menus, special events, and promotions, actively promoting them to create sales opportunities.
- Ensure RSA is practiced at all times, in accordance with hotel policy and liquor licensing legislation.
- Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments and outlets, offering assistance when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- Highly skilled in accommodation operations with comprehensive product knowledge and service capabilities across hotel areas.
- RMLV Certificate.
- Approved Manager's License.
- Maintain current First Aid and CPR qualification, with annual refreshers.
- Fire Warden training, refreshed annually.
- Possess a manual driver's license.
- DiSC Management Profile.
- Attend and actively participate in training programs as required by the employer.
