**About the role**:

An autonomous and challenging Asset Project Officer role currently exists within the Land & Building Services Team at CFA, which is responsible for the management of the substantial CFA real estate assets portfolio

Located in North Geelong, this role offers a variety of responsibility which will enable you to develop a breadth of knowledge and exposure within CFA. Reporting to the Manager Asset Services, you will ensure the consistent high-quality delivery of all brigade Building maintenance services in accordance with the State-wide Managed Building Maintenance Program and manage minor Building works projects.

**About you**:
Additionally, you will be able to manage concurrent projects within budget, quality and time parameters with knowledge of building regulations, town planning processes, building and tendering and contracting processes. Experience in utilising maintenance/assets management reporting and data management systems including SAP and Microsoft office will be advantageous to this role

Key to this role is the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, write technical reports and supervise minor building construction works.
