**The Company**

Gain professional development and coaching as you consult with multiple clients across a variety of industries - analysing systems, teams and processes in order to identify the best practice.

**The Role**

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different? In this dynamic role you will support multiple payroll teams alongside a team of highly respected professionals. Your ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers will really let you shine. Your leadership skills are necessary to deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems and processes.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Outstanding payroll management experience in addition to HR/Financial management.
- Proven experience with complex payroll and financial processes/systems.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Remarkable attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Strong experience with payroll and financial related experience preferred.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to easily learn new systems.

Your creative flair allows you to offer innovative suggestions to improve payroll processes, and to get the best result out of allocated systems. You are able to bring your existing knowledge to the table whilst collaborating with dedicated payroll officers and managers who are seeking professional assistance.
