To display a high level of attention to detail
- Accurately perform inventory transactions within ERP system as specified by supervisor.
- To call and co-ordinate with transport companies in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist sales team with information regarding customer order related inquiries and liaise with other internal departments as necessary
- To accurately use and understand the CRM system
- Inventory transaction problem investigation
- Co-ordinate meetings and other activities as required
- Cycle count paperwork production and entry
- Processing / Keying dispatch and receiving entry
- Any other duties as agreed by supervisor
- Train others as necessary
- Partake in training as required to perform duties required by supervisor
- To display a level of professionalism that provides the platform for a positive working environment.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to and play an active role in NOV OHS processes and systems and legislative compliance
- To assist warehouse supervisor with any other admin tasks as required and perform such other duties, relevant to the position, as may be necessary
