**About the role**
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Business Services Teaching Team to deliver TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is nationally recognised as the entry-level qualification for anyone wanting to teach and assess in a vocational education or workplace setting. In this role, you will teach TAE to those with a vocational background who wish to become trainers and/or assessors within their field of expertise, or to those already working in the training and assessing field who need formal training and/or a qualification.
**About you**
You are an experienced and knowledgeable trainer and assessor with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor individuals. You have a demonstrated commitment to quality education and successful student outcomes. You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to engage with a diverse student cohort. You have a deep understanding of training packages along with extensive knowledge of compliance and quality requirements. You have high level IT skills with the ability to use online technologies and systems. You are proactive, confident in your approach and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
**Essential qualifications and experience**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or qualifications that meet the RTO Standards
- A Diploma level or higher level qualification in adult education such as a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50116) or its successor
- A minimum of 5 years educator experience within the TAFE or VET environment Experience delivering a range of AQF level training in a variety of environments
**Mandatory requirements**
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (no older than 12 months old)
- A valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate Current Driver’s License (some travel between campuses is a requirement of the role)
