**Part-time Accounts Officer**

**Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 (pro-rated)**

**About the role**

An exciting new opportunity has become available in our family-owned multi-disciplinary company. We are seeking a warm and professional Accounts Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for:

- Bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, accounts payables and receivables functions.
- Liaising directly with the business owners, staff and clients.
- Claiming NDIS payments.
- Following up debtors for payments.
- Preparing BAS statements.

**About you**
- Qualifications in bookkeeping and/or accounting.
- A strong command of Xero.
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years, ideally in an allied health clinic.
- Experience with claiming NDIS payments (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
