Accru Melbourne is a well established accounting / wealth management practice, providing a wide range of financial solutions to our clients. Within our Business Services team we have a large portfolio of small to medium business clients who we assist with their bookkeeping and accounting needs
**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bookkeeper to join our team. Our client base is growing and as a result are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to come on board and provide bookkeeping services to our clients across a range of industries.
Working closely with our accountants, your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Data entry and processing accounting data;
- Accounts Payable & Receivable;
- Accounts preparation to trial balance;
- Payroll for clients;
- Bank Reconciliations;
- Liaising with accounting team
- Assisting with BAS / IAS / Payroll Tax preparation
**You will have**
To be successful within this role you will have:
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Experience across software platforms such as MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks; Experience with NetSuite will be highly regarded.
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to relate to people at all levels;
- Confident manner and the ability to work autonomously; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
