Experienced APS5 Delivery and Engagement Officer required for a 6+ month assignment, based in Brisbane CBD.

**Your new company**

Hays has partnered with a Federal Government organisation that aims to enable access to quality skills, training, and employment to support Australians find secure work in fair productive and safe workplaces. We are currently seeking an experienced APS5 Delivery and Engagement Officer to join their team for a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension.

**Your new role**
- Provide administrative support to the larger team.
- Access and process claims in accordance with policy and guidelines.
- Access and process special loan claims and overpayments.
- Maintain data integrity and undertake data analysis to assess provider performance.
- Inbox management.
- Research.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Be an Australian Citizen.
- The ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to read and understand program guidelines.
- Ability to analyse and think critically.
- Experience in financial management and program delivery.
- Prioritise and work well under pressure.

**What you'll get in return**
- Assignment supported by Hays Recruitment.
- 6-month with the possibility of extension.
- $55 p/h + Super
- Monday - Friday.
- Federal Government role.
