**Role**: Field Specialist - Well Testing

**Location**: Perth WA

**Roster**: Adhoc Roster

To support our Reservoir Performance operations in Australasia, we are currently looking for Field Specialists experienced in Well Testing. Applications are invited from people with Surface Well Testing (SWT) and Data Acquisition (DAQ).

The Well Testing Field Specialist accurately evaluates the production potential of a reservoir by conducting well tests. They plan & execute the delivery of well testing by utilizing a selection of specialized surface equipment and sensors to collect data at the surface. They ensure execution of well testing operations is being performed safely.

**Duties**:

- _Capture Field Data_ through data acquisition technologies
- _Prepare Resources_ and plan mobilizations
- _Remove and Secure Resources_
- _Verify and Prepare Resources at Product Line Location_
- _Deliver and Archive Final Job Deliverables_
- _Deploy and Position Resources_
- _Evaluate and Reconcile Resources_
- _Implement Risk Response_
- _Obtain Customer Acceptance of Delivery_
- _Perform Service_
- _Prepare Field Deliverables_
- _Prepare Final Job Deliverables_
- _Prepare Job Invoice Supporting Documentation_
- Perform maintenance of equipment

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that people, equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job with no deviations from SESS (Specific Equipment and Site Safety) standards and contingency plans in place.
- Ensures pre job meetings are held with Surface well testing, DAQ Personnel, Client and third
- party personnel. Is accountable for the complete Service Delivery process to the Client.
- Executes successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client.
- Recognizes risks associated with the operation and reduces these risks to as low as reasonably possible.
- Identifies any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site and initiates the district's Management of Change procedure(s).
- Prepares job design including flow simulations in Architest, Helios (DART) setup as per job requirements.
- Ensures that all well testing employees and contractors at the work site are in compliance with Surface Testing/DAQ Safety Standards and other, relevant standards.
- Ensures that all personnel assigned are competent to drive and/or operate their assigned equipment.
- Completes all the required pre and post job paperwork and job tickets on time and without errors as per company policies.
- Ensures preventive maintenance on equipment are as per TLM standards and safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.
- Perform CAT Self Assessments to ensure compliance with Surface Testing/DAQ and SLB QHSE Standards.
- Participates in the District HS&E & Quality initiatives and programs (e.g. SOIM's, Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and SQ Objectives, LPT and SQC).
- Performs Risk Analysis (e.g. HARC, JSA) before each job or task and identifies & addresses potential safety hazards. Corrects and report hazards immediately in QUEST or to Supervisor.
- Develops Technical knowledge in design and evaluation working closely with the mentor.
- Works with Manager and FDE to prepare for future career options.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Education: Min 2-year Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
- Experience: Min 7-10 years relevant experience
- Competencies in Surface well testing, Surface and Downhole data acquisition, Radiation, SPT Flow and Data, Swan, Architest, DART, Helios
