**The Low Down**

You’ll spearhead a best-in-class service delivery function, ensuring seamless delivery of agreed services within the organization.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead Major Incident Management activities.
- Collaborate with IT function, engaging end-users and stakeholders to implement new processes and tech services.
- Investigate root causes, driving permanent changes in Technology to prevent future incidents.
- Generate reports, measure service delivery performance, and communicate planned improvements to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Budget development and management in relation to IT service delivery

**What You Need to Succeed (Essential)**:

- Minimum 5 years as a service delivery manager supporting a broad range of infrastructure technologies.
- Strong ITIL understanding.
- Excellent skills in vendor management.
- Proven track record in implementing and improving service delivery functions.
- Strong budget development and management skills.
