**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our Community Fundraising team.

The Digital Fundraising Executive plays a key role in developing and implementing acquisition strategies for Starlight’s Community fundraising campaigns like Super Swim, Tour de Kids & Go Big Challenge, Stream Raiser and Game Changers across various channels with a strong focus on paid social.

The role is also responsible for tracking and evaluation campaign performance to empower Starlight to make impactful data-driven decisions.

Want a sneak peek into life as a Digital Fundraising Executive:

- You’ll support development of multi-channel acquisition strategies and implement and optimise paid and organic acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, search and display
- Support the creation of acquisition landing pages in line with SEO best practices, and execution of A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- You’ll create and evolve reporting dashboards, working closely collaboratively with Communtiy Campaigns Manger and Digital Campaigns & Experience Manager and project teams to define KPIs to be tracked
- Perform quantitative analysis and customer insights analytics to inform targeting and spending
- You’ll also be part of the team to build and maintain long term relationships with key Starlight content creators and streamers with a strong focus on Starlight’s GameChangers and Stream Raiser initiatives
- Pro-actively support content creator and streamer activations online and on the ground at events

**About You**

You have a positive mindset, passionate about generating new ideas, and a willingness to grow You’ll have experience in managing acquisition campaigns, analysing data and insights and, be an excellent communicator:

- Ability to analyse and visualise data and story-tell to a wider audience
- Understanding of customer journeys & mapping from a marketing and customer perspective
- Understanding of business and web metrics, SEO and user experience design principles
- Experience with Google Analytics and data visualisation tools such as Google Data (Looker) Studio are highly desirable
