**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking qualified **OOSH Educators/ Responsible Persons **to join our services at** Lambton, Waratah and Kotara South.**
These opportunities will be available on a **permanent** **part-time basis **working across our before and after school programs and vacation care programs for children aged 5 - 12 years old.
As an OOSH Educator/ Responsible Person you are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality childhood education and care to children.
Desired Skills and Experience
**EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA**
- A fun, professional, positive and reliable demeanour
- The ability to collaborate as an active member of the St Nicholas OOSH Team
- Be able to communicate effectively with children, families and your Team
A demonstrated understanding of:
- The National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and the Laws and Regulations governing our industry
- Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting
- Workplace Health and Safety issues and practices
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Working with Children Check verification number
- A Certificate III **or** Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate IV in Out of Hours School Care
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training (Desirable)
- Child protection qualification (Desirable)
