Packaging Quality Analyst

We are currently looking for a **Packaging **Quality Analyst** to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Here’s what you will be involved in**:

- Support site performance achievement by driving a quality culture through coaching & building capability in production team members
- Assist production teams by being a key part of New Product Development, along with changes to packaging and brewing specifications
- Support and provide expertise with product quality testing and support packaging material non-conformance activities
- Ensuring key analytical equipment is available and fit for purpose

**What you will make you successful**:

- Experience coaching & building quality capability within teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
- Quality experience in manufacturing or food and beverage environments
- A degree in biological sciences, chemistry, food technology or related disciplines are essential
