Flexible Work From Home options
**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Resolve Support tickets from queue
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by end-users.
- Collaborate with support technicians to resolve complex technical issues and
- Proactive Administration
- Assist Projects Team
- Create and update technical documentation
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet etc.
- Experience deploying and managing network devices (Firewalls, routers, switches)
- Telephony - Microsoft TEAMs phone systems and Telstra TIPT
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will be a plus
