**Experimentation Specialist - **Personalisation & Experimentation**

**About the role**:

- A or B? A+B+Balloons? Do you like to experiment? Do you know the value in experimenting with customer experiences, digital content & features? We are looking for someone to manage and scale our digital experimentation portfolio. _

As an Experimentation Specialist, you will be accountable for managing and facilitating a program of tests from ideation through to execution. You will manage a test bank, assist with insights mining and inspire our business with a leading experimentation mindset.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Manage and scale the digital experimentation portfolio of A/B, Multi variant and feature testing
- Advocate for data driven personalisation and experimentation (A/B Testing) and lead a culture of test and learn, fast delivery of customer value and hyper-personalisation
- Support hypotheses generation and idea session through stakeholder workshops/engagement sessions
- Manage and sequence a portfolio of work to support strategic goals
- Guide and inspire the business in experimentation best practise process and tooling
- Analyse experimentation results, customer research insights and lead with data driven proof points
- Collaborate with the broader digital practise and technical delivery teams to drive UX and service design uplift
- Work with our Content Management team to deliver online experiments via Adobe Target
- Analyse and report on experimentation results using Adobe Analytics
- Provide governance and oversight for risk mitigation and management
- Maintain strong and effective working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external digital optimisation and personalisation partners
- Advance the experimentation capability through new ways of working and innovation while leading best practises
- Showcase and build awareness of data driven personalisation by capturing and sharing what we learn from our testing and personalisation initiatives

**Key Stakeholder Relationships**:
**Internal Relationships**
- Digital Practise and Engineering teams - align initiatives to digital business objectives and targets.
- Product/Portfolio - align initiatives to product design and strategy.
- Legal and Risk - ensure all initiatives effectively manage risk and are legally compliant.
- Data Science & Enterprise Technology - build/maintain an understanding of our customer, algorithmic and behavioural data capabilities.

**External Relationships**
- Adobe Suite - Build/maintain an understanding of Adobe Target and other Experience Cloud technologies, including features, constraints, and best practices.
- Pega - Build/maintain a working understanding of Pega Customer Decision Hub and proposition development

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business, Engineering, Maths, Information Technology or related discipline (desired)
- A minimum of 12 months of experience with Digital segments/Audience management. Desired
- A minimum of 12 months of experience with Digital Optimisation and A/B testing. Desired
- A minimum of 12 months with Adobe Target experience delivery Desired
- Pega Customer Decision Hub Business roles. Desired
- Experience in Financial Service Industry. Desired
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as consulting or in an agency. Desired

**Key Capabilities**:
**Essential**
- Strong communication and presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Digital data audience/segment creation.
- Website/Ecommerce conversion rate optimisation experience.
- A/B testing/experimentation build using Adobe Target.
- Business/commercial acumen - understanding of business objectives, performance metrics and risk.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both business and technical suppliers/stakeholders.
- Growth mindset, outcome-oriented and a fast learner.

**Desirable**
- Adobe Target - campaign/activity setup.
- Adobe Analytics - A4T dashboard setup and analysis.
- Jira and Agile workflow management.
- Experience in working with sophisticated data science teams and capabilities.
- Pega Decisioning experience.
- Customer Experience or User Experience Design skills.
