**_ The Role_**

The purpose and objective of this position is to deliver high-quality enrolment and student support and training services to Amana Living Training Institute’s external clients under the guidance of the Head of Amana Living Training Institute.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership to the student services team
- Recruit, retain, motivate, coach and mentor high-performing team of staff to build expertise, capability and collaboration
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership by ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for staff and clients
- Resolve all student/staff complaints in line with the complaint resolution process
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for the student/client
- Empower the team to provide exceptional student services to institute students
- Ensure the team respond to all student enquiries within 48 hours
- Ensure all client and student communication is recorded on JobReady as per company procedures
- Ensuring the team is meeting the monthly and annual enrolment and completion targets as per the business plan
- Ensuring the team is meeting the course conversion target of 75% on enquiry vs enrolments for all courses
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
- Ensure the team monitor the RTO's compliance with the VET Quality Framework
- Communicate and implement any changes to regulatory requirements with training staff members
- Maintain up-to-date technical, vocational and industry knowledge as determined by accrediting bodies and funding organisations

**_ About you_**

You ideally would have experience in managing funding contracts, claims, tender management and resource allocation within a commercial setting. Experience in managing a student management system required. Previous experience in managing a small team preferable.

**_ Essential Criteria:_**
- National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months)
- Proof of current influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations as per Amana Living policies
- Western Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
- Completion of pre-employment health and reference checks
- Working With Children Check
