**About the Client**

Our client is a famous household name and has a long history of producing delicious desserts using quality, authentic ingredients. From frozen cheesecakes and pies, to crumbles and ice cream, we approach our craft by ensuring we stay true to traditional recipes, but also offering a contemporary twist.

**About The Role**

In this role you will work alongside the Senior Brand Manager to develop and implement effective brand building strategies and marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on developing and executing the Sara Lee social media strategy across key social platforms, as well as developing database and web strategy. You will be responsible for creating original content and managing posts in a way that is consistent with brand messaging and goals. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to optimise the Sara Lee social media presence ensuring high levels of customer engagement.

In addition to the digital and social media focus, we are looking for someone who is excited to broaden their skills and learn more about brand strategy, planning and execution. You will be working with an experienced marketing team and be involved in key elements of the brand planning process and bringing NPD to market. This will include packaging design development, budget management, execution of communication campaigns, reporting on marketing campaigns and researching key marketing trends and competitor's products.

In this role, you should be creative and results-orientated, an excellent communicator and team player.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement digital and social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content
- Develop, present, and implement effective brand strategies
- Packaging and website design to maintain up to date communications and be consistent with the look and feel of the brand.
- Assist in the development of NPD, including packaging design development
- Assist in the development of brand communication and promotional materials.

**About You**

Ideally you will have 2+ years' experience working either as an Assistant Brand Manager or social media manager in an FMCG company.
- Tertiary qualifications in either Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Management
- Hands on experience in content creation and management, delivering a consistent brand message.
- Experience in working across a range of social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Mail Chimp
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills to come up with insights to drive and influence decisions.
- Experience with project management and the ability to work in a cross -functional team.
- Eager to learn, build on ideas and explore new opportunities and skills.
- Motivated and pro-active with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to respond well to pressure and work autonomously
- Experience in FMCG and a love of food is advantageous
