The Sebel Sydney Chatswood is a apartment style property which is located in the heart of Chatswood. The Sebel Sydney Chatswood is known for its convenient location, providing easy access to Chatswood's shopping precinct, dining options, and various attractions. The property has over 200 apartments with the majority of these being privately owned, with approximately 40 of the apartments being operated solely as hotel rooms.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be overseeing the Front Office at a leadership level. You will work along side the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the Rooms Division department runs smoothly, with a key focus on customer service. You will be responsible for the following:

- Ensureing hotel targets around RPS, NPS, Loyalty and room upselling are met to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
- Operate all aspects of the Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis and simple configuration changes to ensure an efficient and effective system.
- Regular liaison with the Engineering department ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly, focusing on guest needs as a priority.
- Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting, as well as Front Office monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators in order to drive the financial performance of the hotel.
- Monitor all Very Important People (VIP’s), special guests and their requests to and their needs are met and loyalty is maintained.
- Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of Accor Heartist Values in order to lead by example.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or a leader in Front Office.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine passion for guest experience.
- A coaching & mentoring mindset to support your team's growth & performance.
- Ability to work & thrive in a close-knit team environment.
- Experience with Opera PMS would be highly regarded.
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster across 7 days.
