The Opportunities
- We currently have a number of genuine opportunities and are seeking experienced _Stores Coordinators_ to join our Land & Aerospace group._

These roles will be responsible for the Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation requirements of the Ground Based Air Defence and Radar (GBADR) Whole Fleet Management account, the Giraffe Agile Multi Beam (GAMB) Global Spares contract and all issues and returns connected to the GBADR in-service support (ISS) project, as well as other associated Land & Aerospace projects.
- Maintain the GBADR Supply Chain, to include:

- Managing the GBADR supply customer account
- Coordinating the storage and movements of managed systems between Army and the relevant OEMs
- Providing the interface to Sub-Contractor and Suppliers logistic support teams
- Liaising with logistic support Suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met
- Updating and managing holding within IFS
- Managing stores demands and receipts
- Managing receipt and despatch of systems, spares and disposals
- Ensuring PHS&T requirements are adhered to, including security and export control considerations,
- Operating MHE as required
- Undertaking audits as required on holdings
- Support the Land Support Coordinator in identifying efficiencies
- Support the Land Stores Coordinator in the development and improvement of processes
- Support the GBADR and Land & Aerospace teams in the delivery of all projects

About you
- We are seeking those with experience and qualifications such as:_
- Demonstrated experience in stores and warehousing operations
- Current High Risk Licence (Forklift)
- Experience with import and export regulatory requirements
- Proficient in the use of computers and ERP software tools
- Proficient in the use of MILIS (desirable)
- Experience in defence logistics and an understanding of DEF-AUST 1000C requirements
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Proven knowledge and adherence to safe work practices, especially those related to electronic and electrical equipment
- Sound knowledge of ESD handling requirements
- Effective written and oral communication skills
