We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join an award-winning company. Join an experienced team driving growth across several areas of their business. Take on a role as a Mortgage Broker managing existing and new clients, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships internally and externally.

You will be working with a range of clients and need to have the skills to work with all types of loans, as well as undertake the full suite of broker duties from enquiry to settlement. You will have a broker support person to assist with compliance, loan writing and managing the loan process overall, as well as offshore support.

**About you**:

- Experience as a Mortgage Broker with a robust technical background
- Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers
- Strong ability to manage workloads autonomously and utilise the support of a team
- Work towards great outcomes and celebrate success
- A passion for helping people achieve their home ownership and financial dreams
- Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans

**About the role**:

- Understanding clients’ goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
- Building relationships with customers and referral partners
- Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
- Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs
