**Trade Counter Sales - Ferntree Gully**

This family owned business that consists of 13 stores across South-east Victoria, is seeking a **Trade Counter Sales person **for their** Ferntree Gullly** branch. The Stores offer trade counters, retail showrooms with design expertise, and product specialists that closely partner with their customers to deliver the right solutions.

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

A trusted supplier of plumbing and bathroom products to both the trade and retail sectors throughout Melbourne, supplying plumbing goods directly to the trade with expert staff, an extensive stock range, and a capable delivery fleet. They also offer bathroom, kitchen, and laundry solutions to retail customers in their showrooms which showcase the biggest and best Australian brands the industry has to offer.

**ON OFFER**

Work is varied and fast paced - tasks include:

- Customer service and product advice to customers
- Sales service at the counter, taking phone orders, enquiries, quoting and follow up
- Stock, orders, dispatch of goods
- Participate in learning and development, customer improvement programs
- Contribute to maintaining the store's profile and presentation
- Driver deliveries - load and unload company vehicle, local deliveries to customers

**ABOUT YOU**
- You enjoy dealing with trade customers
- You have a positive, supportive mindset
- Confident with good communication skills
- Quick learner - training will be provided
- Confident using computer systems
- Vic Driver's License preferably manual
