As the Manager, Maintenance Support Services you will be accountable for ensuring the seamless and successful end-to-end delivery of high-level support services in aircraft maintenance. The Maintenance Support Services (MSS) team which are responsible for the Aircraft Appearance, Structures and Composites, NDT, Aircraft Furnishings& Warranty/Insurance. You will act as the executive leader for both strategic priorities & operational matters. You will make autonomous decisions and provide oversight to be able to identify risks, trends and opportunities for process improvements, cost saving and opportunities for systems and process efficiencies across the assigned business units. You’ll be accountable for the effective management of departmental strategic initiatives including development through to implementation.

You’ll have
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong ability to drive a team.
- Diploma in aviation or equivalent aviation experience.
- Proven experience in project management with a thorough understanding of aircraft planning processes.
- A strong technical understanding of aircraft Line and Base Maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure and manage time as needed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in developing, creating and presenting a concept to deliver into tangible benefits.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
