**The Company**

A global leader within the corporate sector, this organisation based in Camberwell works with Australia’s most recognisable brands and provides practical solutions to significant and minor individual challenges. An exciting permanent, full-time opportunity has emerged for a Learning and Development specialist.

**The Position**

Reporting to the People Director ANZ & Singapore, your duties will include:

- Help create insightful and valuable content around communication, skills, and leadership training
- Build strong business relationships to diagnose current and anticipate future learning needs
- Facilitate training sessions face to face and virtual creating a productive environment for all learners to share and network
- Measure and track on how learning interventions are impacting business outcomes with continuous improvement
- Keep up to date on best practice industry and digital trends
- Develop project plans and track deliverables to ensure goals and timelines are achieved

The successful applicant will have 3 + years working in a Learning and Development function

Experience in the Telecommunications, Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Retail industry will be highly regarded, as will the following skills:

- Strong capability in design, development and delivery of insightful learning and development materials including product training
- Ability to conduct presentations and facilitate workshops to global audiences at all levels, face to face and virtual sessions via Zoom and MS Teams
- Demonstrated experience building strong relationships and leveraging these relationships to request information and to gets things done
- Experience managing portfolios and projects with a focus on business priorities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to seek the opinions and thoughts of others
- Strong prioritisation skills to work within specific timeframes and deadlines
